I'm heading for Nottingham to play Warmaster Ancients at the Historical Wargames Weekend being held at Games Workshop's HQ on the Lenton Industrial Estate.
It's always a good weekend but numbers are apparently down this time. So which army (armies) do I take? Not that it matters as none of my dice have a 6 on them when it comes to competitions so I'm unlikely to win! Mind you a matching loser's trophy would balance out the mantleplace!
There was much talk last weekend about entries, armies and possibilities. I think we may have a Punic Wars theme going so for me it must be Republican Romans.
I'm hoping to get a visit in to Warlord Games and Foundry Miniatures too - if I leave here early enough.
